TLC works with you to do two very important things, prevent illness when possible and support those suffering from chronic illness through natural means.
Introduction
TLC Programmes
The programmes, tailored to your specific needs, will use all of the tools in Elaine’s Tool box. Depending on your needs, the programme could combine coaching, supplementation, dietary advice, herbal medicines and testing.
To ensure you get the best service, all programmes must include the free Intro call, a primary consultation to determine your health, a coaching session to determine your vision of your health, and you must fill in a tracker of your symptoms and a diet recording sheet. If you require a start on the right direction, then a basic package is for you. If you have habits of a lifetime that require changing, then a package with about 6 – 8 sessions will be required.
